At the beginning of a new relationship, we use a 50/50 payment policy. Typically, we ask that you put down 50% of the project price to start work. The remaining 50% is due when you receive the completed first draft. We’ll implement your requested edits when the remaining balance is paid.
If you’ve chosen a monthly bundle, you’ll be billed at the beginning of the month for all services scheduled for that month. Paying upfront ensures projects stay on projected timelines and processes are smooth for all parties.
If you need a more flexible payment plan, just ask! Mention it during your discovery call and we can come up with a plan that works for everyone.

Turnaround time depends on the size and scope of your project. Five-page websites and complex lead magnets (e.g., white papers, e-books) are typically turned around within 3-4 weeks of our Kickoff Call.
Ongoing monthly bundles typically take us 3 weeks to get set up — once you’re established in our calendar you’ll receive content regularly each week. In our 3+ years in business, we haven’t missed a single deadline!

Our number one priority is to provide you with copy and content you’re obsessed with. To make sure this happens, we offer at least one round of edits with every project. We offer two rounds of edits on larger projects such as websites and lead magnets.
To keep things moving in a timely manner, we ask that you request specific edits within 7 days of receiving the first draft. It usually takes us about 2 business days to complete revisions and edits.
Above all, we want you to be in love with the final draft. We’ll do whatever we can to make sure the content meets or exceeds your expectations.

We do. Our project minimum is $1000. If you have a need for something smaller, please still reach out! We’re happy to recommend additional services that will improve the performance of your content.
At this time, we only offer website copy, lead magnets, and blog packages as a la carte services. Other types of content (such as email newsletters and social media posts) are only offered in ongoing retainer contracts that are packaged with a blog bundle or accompanied by other established long-form content production, such as a podcast or a YouTube channel.
