  • At the beginning of a new relationship, we use a 50/50 payment policy. Typically, we ask that you put down 50% of the project price to start work. The remaining 50% is due when you receive the completed first draft. We’ll implement your requested edits when the remaining balance is paid.

    If you’ve chosen a monthly bundle, you’ll be billed at the beginning of the month for all services scheduled for that month. Paying upfront ensures projects stay on projected timelines and processes are smooth for all parties.

    If you need a more flexible payment plan, just ask! Mention it during your discovery call and we can come up with a plan that works for everyone.

  • Turnaround time depends on the size and scope of your project. Five-page websites and complex lead magnets (e.g., white papers, e-books) are typically turned around within 3-4 weeks of our Kickoff Call.

    Ongoing monthly bundles typically take us 3 weeks to get set up — once you’re established in our calendar you’ll receive content regularly each week. In our 3+ years in business, we haven’t missed a single deadline!

  • Once you pay the deposit, we’ll schedule a 60-90 minute Kickoff Call to start your project. After your Kickoff Call, our team will create your VoC research materials, which you’ll then distribute to your audience.

    Once we start getting results, your work is done! We’ll use the responses from your VoC research to develop the rest of your content strategy plan in-house.

  • That’s up to you! If you have the time and desire to create your content yourself, you absolutely can. If that’s something you want to outsource, head over to our done-for-you copy page to learn how we can take content creation off your plate entirely.

  • Yes! Our monthly strategy support package includes KPI tracking, course corrections, and even content publishing services. Ongoing support starts at $750 per month.
