At the beginning of a new relationship, we use a 50/50 payment policy. Typically, we ask that you put down 50% of the project price to start work. The remaining 50% is due when you receive the completed first draft. We’ll implement your requested edits when the remaining balance is paid.

If you’ve chosen a monthly bundle, you’ll be billed at the beginning of the month for all services scheduled for that month. Paying upfront ensures projects stay on projected timelines and processes are smooth for all parties.

It typically takes us 3 weeks to get set up. Once you’re established in our calendar you’ll receive content regularly each week. (In our 3 years in business, we’ve never missed a deadline!)

Yes! If you’re a publication that features freelancers’ bylines, our staff writers will share their name, bio, and headshot so they get credit for their work.

Our number one priority is to provide you with content you’re obsessed with. To make sure this happens, we offer one round of edits with every article we deliver.

To keep things moving, we ask that you request specific edits within 7 days of receiving the first draft. Depending on how many edits you’re requesting and for how many articles, we can typically turn around edited drafts in 2-7 business days.
